What's in a name...
Well, one class down so far. It's what I expected: freshmen who are scared of English/don't care about English. A few of them had pretty good speaking skills from what I could see. This first class were all Civil Engineering majors. And as always, English names are never dull. Check out this list (all guys):

Wow, nice names. :) Tell them you know a really intelligent female civil engineer, maybe that'll get conversation going. Just don't give them her phone number.
And FINALLY I can make comments on your site because Blogger changed their identity choices. Before, you pretty much had to use your Blogger account or start a new one, and it was annoying enough to make me (and Ariah and others I'm sure) never want to comment. :) Woot.
